• Depending on the size of your organisation and the outcomes desired, we may consider scheduling a one-off fact-finding session before regular sessions begin. This session dives deeper into your goals, company structure, team setup, management, systems, and sales and marketing strategies. It may also involve interviewing key team members, a valuable exercise. This session typically lasts 3 to 5 hours.
