Hello, I’m Tim Boutle, Business Consultant and Coach. I assist leaders from organisations around the globe by helping them increase profitability, work less hours and reduce headaches!
My passion is to inspire leaders and their teams to thrive. I’m always keen to connect with people sharing similar values who are motivated to improve, increase profitability and potentially spend less time in their business. I act as a catalyst for you and your team members utilising 4 key areas:
Developing a business can be hard work and involve major challenges. I know because I’ve been there and still have the scars! My clients generally run good, profitable businesses, but had realised they could be a whole lot better. So, at that stage they made a conscious decision to introduce a third-party perspective.

This has provided me with essential grounding as a Business Consultant and Coach. It means I don’t just rely on idealistic theory, because I’ve actually been there and done it. Surprisingly, the majority of Business Consultants and Coaches out there cannot say the same. It is this experience that I draw on for my clients.
Having an experienced third-party confidant to challenge your habits and thinking, then contribute to your organisation with an unbiased, independent and honest view brings huge value. Frequently, implementing simple tweaks that you haven’t thought of (or perhaps haven’t been disciplined enough to implement!) will result in increased efficiency and profitability. As a result, this will increase the value of your operation.

I tend to see the same issues again and again…
Since starting my career as a Business Consultant most of the challenges I’ve seen would fall under at least one of 4 key drivers. They are Time, Team, Money & Operations and, as a result, can make the business stressful to own. Insufficient business planning will likely result in a team with little direction and hence lacking engagement. Profits may be sliding and as a result, you may have financial worries. Systems may be broken (or non-existent!) resulting in mistakes which can lead to bad feeling. Delivery may be inconsistent and therefore, customers may be unimpressed . In addition, could your time could be spent more productively? Inevitably this will all be holding you back and eventually may cause something to snap. As a result, over two thirds of businesses cease trading within their first 10 years. And we don’t want this to be you!
